Seoul, South Korea, 4th Nov 2026 — SELSEN KOREA, a South Korean product design and manufacturing services company, demonstrated MEO, its manufacturing AI agent platform, to international buyers during the second phase of the 140th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) in Guangzhou, China. The company plans to officially launch MEO in late December 2026.
Developed and operated by SELSEN KOREA, MEO connects AI-assisted product design, 3D model review, engineering and design for manufacturing (DFM) review, and manufacturing quotations in one online workflow. It brings together product development tasks that are typically handled across separate tools and suppliers.
Built by a design and manufacturing services company
SELSEN KOREA provides product design, mechanical design, DFM consulting, prototyping, CNC machining, and mold manufacturing, with offices in Seoul and Daejeon and manufacturing operations in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China. MEO reflects that background: AI supports early concept exploration, while SELSEN KOREA’s engineers review and finalize production data.
How MEO works
MEO combines two connected modules. AI Design supports concept development and 3D form review, while MEO CLOUD handles manufacturing quotations. Users can transfer a model from AI Design to MEO CLOUD with one click.
In AI Design, users sketch a form in 2D or build it from 3D blocks, describe the product, and choose a material. MEO generates rendered concepts that users can refine with plain-language instructions, such as requesting rounder corners. Users can also upload component models to generate housing design concepts. A selected concept can be converted into a 3D model, split into parts, assigned materials by part, and exported as GLB, OBJ, or STL files.
In MEO CLOUD, users upload STEP or STL files or transfer a model from AI Design, then select a process, material, and quantity. Process options include CNC machining, 3D printing, injection mold manufacturing, and press tooling. Automated geometry measurement and DFM rules estimate tooling costs, unit prices, and lead times for the selected process.
At launch, MEO is planned to support ordering and payment, with electronic contracts signed through SELSEN SIGN. AI-generated renders and 3D models are intended for form review; production data is finalized through SELSEN KOREA’s engineering and DFM review. Final quotations may change depending on part complexity and manufacturing conditions.
Preparing for international collaboration
Ahead of the official launch, Korean product design companies including DEFAMOUS and Nexion Lab have joined MEO as design partners. SELSEN KOREA is also preparing the platform for international clients. MEO includes browser-based video meetings with live translated subtitles in seven languages, voice-enabled AI agent chat, and shared project folders. SELSEN SIGN electronic contracts, planned for launch, include identity verification, sequential signing, and an audit trail.
At the Canton Fair, SELSEN KOREA used MEO to show how product concept development, review, manufacturing quotations, and production preparation can be connected within one workflow.
