New location planned for Fall 2026 will expand access to children’s swimming lessons and water safety education for families across the West Valley
United States, 29th Oct 2026 — Gold Medal Swim School is preparing to expand its Arizona presence with a new location in Surprise, bringing additional access to swimming instruction for families in the growing West Valley community. The planned location at 16517 W Cactus Rd, Surprise, AZ 85388, is expected to open in Fall 2026, with the exact opening date yet to be confirmed.
The expansion builds on Gold Medal Swim School’s existing presence in Chandler, Arizona, and is intended to serve more families seeking swimming lessons for young children. The Surprise location will provide another local option for parents looking for children’s swimming instruction and water safety education closer to home.
Expanding Access to Swim Lessons in Surprise
The planned Surprise location represents Gold Medal Swim School’s continued expansion within the Phoenix metropolitan area. The new location will serve families in Surprise and surrounding West Valley communities who are looking for convenient access to structured swimming instruction.
Gold Medal Swim School specializes in teaching children, including babies, toddlers, and kids, with a focus on helping young swimmers develop swimming skills, water confidence, and water safety awareness.
For families researching swim lessons in Surprise, the new location will offer another local option once it opens. Further details about the location’s opening arrangements, class schedules, enrollment, and available programs will be shared once they are confirmed.
Water Safety Remains Important for Arizona Families
Water safety is a significant concern in Arizona, where backyard pools and residential swimming areas are part of everyday life for many households. Although swimming can provide recreation, exercise, and family enjoyment, water also presents risks, particularly for young children who may not recognize hazards or understand safe behavior around pools.
Swimming lessons can help children become more familiar with the water, develop foundational swimming abilities, and learn age-appropriate safety practices. However, lessons are only one component of water safety. Active adult supervision, secure pool barriers, and other appropriate precautions remain essential, regardless of a child’s swimming ability.
For parents considering Swimming Lessons Surprise AZ, access to local instruction can make it easier to incorporate swimming education into a child’s routine. Starting with age-appropriate lessons may also help families introduce water safety concepts early and reinforce them as children grow.
Gold Medal Swim School’s planned expansion comes as families across the West Valley continue to seek convenient options for children’s activities and skill development. The new location is intended to provide an additional local choice for parents interested in swimming instruction for their children.
Serving Babies, Toddlers, and Growing Swimmers
Children develop water confidence and swimming abilities at different rates. Babies, toddlers, and older children have different learning needs, making age-appropriate instruction an important consideration for families choosing a swim school.
Gold Medal Swim School specializes in teaching children and providing swimming instruction for babies, toddlers, and older kids. Families looking for Swim Lessons Surprise AZ, Kids Swim Lessons Surprise AZ, or Toddler Swim Lessons Surprise AZ will be able to follow updates about the planned location as it approaches its anticipated opening period.
Program availability, class schedules, enrollment details, and other services specific to the Surprise location have not yet been confirmed for publication.
